What we’re about
PURPOSE - The purpose of this group is to make the life enhancing benefits of Sahaja Yoga Meditation freely available to everyone. These can bring more physical, emotional and spiritual balance and joy into our lives.
ALWAYS FREE - So that these benefits can be available to be enjoyed by everyone, Sahaja Yoga Meditation classes around the world are always free of charge and open to all.
FREE WEEKLY CLASSES FOR ALL (NOW LIVE) IN BIRMINGHAM EVERY THURSDAY EVENING IN 2023! TIME: 7:30 PM TO AROUND 9:00. This includes optional time at the end for enjoying tea, biscuits and chat!
JOIN ANY WEEK - NO NEED TO BOOK - The classes will be gently progressive but each class will have an introduction for beginners and can therefore be taken as an independent module.
Handouts explaining how to also practice this unique meditation technique at home, for deeper benefit, will be available to take free of charge.
SOCIAL DISTANCING - Large airy room. Seating is socially distant (2 metres). Face mask wearing is encouraged but not compulsory, Hand washing facilities are available.

- FREE in evenings in George Road by the Meeting House. This venue is OUTSIDE the BIRMINGHAM CLEAN AIR ZONE so parking there is free of these charges.

RAIL - Five Ways Rail Station is only 500m from the meeting house and is just a 2 minute train trip from New Street station.
