Birmingham Vegan & Vegetarian December Lunch Meetup

Just an update:

Our first Meetup will be at the Bottletree Cafe on Saturday, December 13 at 11:00 a.m. Let's meet in the parking lot, because it'll probably be easier to find everyone that way. I have a silver Honda Element. At 11:10 a.m. we'll head inside the restaurant, so if you're more than 10 minutes late, just look for the (hopefully) big group inside. The Bottletree is expecting us, so just ask if you can't find the group.

If you've RSVP'd as a "Maybe", if it's possible for you to change it to a "Yes" or "No" by Saturday morning, please do so. That way I'll be able to give the Bottletree a better estimate of how many people are coming.

The menu for Golden Temple Natural Grocery & Café Restaurant is up in the Files section of our website.

There's still time to vote in the poll regarding the restaurant choice for our first Meetup. I'm going to close the poll Tuesday, November 25th.

Hi! I just put a poll in the Polls section of our webpage with three restaurant choices for our first Meetup: Bottletree Cafe, Rojo, & Golden Temple Cafe. Please vote if you get a chance.

I wasn't able to get a Golden Temple menu today, as they were doing road construction in front. Hopefully I can get one tomorrow and put a PDF of it in our Files section.

Hi everyone!

I'm going to post a poll tomorrow in the polls section of our webpage so everyone can vote on where we should meet. Some ideas so far: Bottletree (thank you, Jimmy), Rojo's (thanks, Jacob), and Golden Temple.

Since this will be our first Meetup, we need to decide on a vegan & vegetarian-friendly restaurant or perhaps have a potluck party. I don't eat out at restaurants very often, so I'm totally open to suggestions!
