Learning about beer will make us better brewers! Be prepared to challenge your palate! 


Bring 1 bottle(or enough for 10 people to taste) of one of THESE SPECIFIC STYLES of beer and bring history/research to speak about the style.You can find the traditional beer brands here:

Please specify in your RSVP which beer you will cover so all beers will be represented. Feel free to bring a snack to share!

17D. Straight (Unblended) Lambic-- The only bottled version readily available is Cantillon Grand Cru Bruocsella of whatever single batch vintage the brewer deems worthy to bottle. De Cam sometimes bottles their very old (5 years) lambic. In and around Brussels there are specialty cafes that often have draught lambics from traditional brewers or blenders such as Boon, De Cam, Cantillon, Drie Fonteinen, Lindemans, Timmermans and Girardin

    I'll stop by for a little bit and pick up the Hopalicious. I was planning to bring a fruit lambic, but I could bring something else if that style is already represented. Any suggestions?
