I am not doing one of the two. I have looked into mining but at the level I will be able to mine with my hardware and capital is very uneffective. Thus I am looking into the trading of Bitcoins(as well as Max- & Dogecoins) in a legit profitable way. I am totally new to this and still not sure how to use all these wallets and stuff but I am reading up a lot on this. I will be putting money(not a lot but a lot to me) into these currencies as an investment.
1. Knowledge about crypto-currency. 2. How to keep track of exchanges. 3. Where/how to buy them in South Africa. 4. Best wallets and ways to keep them safe.(Distributing them into different wallets of different PCs and using different addresses so transactions seem small) 5. Stimulate my concepts around fiat systems and independant currencies. 6. Meet people with the same intrests. 7. Learn how to look at economy more critical. I am sure I will walk away with more than just these points mentioned.
My name is Philip Fourie I am a student at Stellenbosch University studying "Public and Development Management. I am very interested in economics and am tickled by the idea of a non fiat currency/system. I would love to know more about Bitcoin.
