This month's topic is Bitcoin scaleablity. Will bitcoin growth's be stunted by the inability of the network to process a growing, growing number of transactions? Developers are working on this problem right now. But is it really a problem or are they just tinkering with the original design. We'll also discuss some Bitcoin fundamentals like how to read the block transactions and how transactions are verified (with or without a transaction fee).
Of course, we will have our usual open forum and roundtable. Bring your ideas, questions, and even your laptop if you'd like to demonstrate an idea or website. We meet at the North Side Social in Arlington, very near the Clarendon Metrorail Station on the Orange Line. Parking is also easy to find.
