How to Develop a Killer Positioning Statement

Your company has a Mission Statement, and maybe a Vision Statement, but do you have a written Positioning Statement? A Positioning Statement is a one to two sentence statement that conveys what you do for whom, to uniquely solve an urgent need. Sound easy to develop? It's not. But it is worth the effort. Writing a Positioning Statement is a very useful exercise because it requires you to identify, then articulate in a concise and brief statement your distinct value to your customer in relation to your competitors. Join Bizdom and branding & PR pro Nikki DiFilippo as we help you craft a meaningful positioning statement for your startup or business. Event starts at 5:30pm with a half hour for networking. We'll discuss positioning statements starting at 6:00pm and 15 minutes of Q&A at 6:45pm. Event concludes at 7:00pm. We'll provide appetizers and beverages.

Unfortunately I had to opt out at the last minute today, I'm a little under the weather. Is it possible to have a copy of the slide deck forward to me? I would greatly appreciate this gesture since I'm currently working on my positioning statement. Thank you.

Hi there! We're currently working on getting the slide deck posted in a public/shareable place. We'll let you know when it's up!

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
