The Scorecard June 4 -- How to build a customized marketing performance dashboard
In Session 2, we'll build a custom Scorecard that will house all primary and secondary metrics, and serve as a model for your startup.
The GamePlan June 11 -- How to drive growth with integrated marketing campaigns
In Session 3, we'll develop a GamePlan and demonstrate a process for connecting all activities to audiences and outcomes. The GamePlan will concentrate resources at the top of the marketing funnel, in order to build assets that can be leveraged to accelerate success (website traffic, social reach and influence, contact databases, etc.)
