Stadium Stairs Training - Monday Delight! Start the week off right.

{August was great for the first month. We'll leave it at the same location for now.}

"At your own level" - Continuing for the month of September, each Monday come do some...

Stadium Training:
Walk/Run the stairs
Stair exercises & drills,
Then run the stairs as you get stronger and your lungs get bigger.

...also we will do some...

Track Work:
Sprints (50-80%)

...all and more based on your individual ability...

Your attendance acknowledges that only you are responsible for you. Not the City, the Stadium owners or AASNLB. Know your limits, have insurance, consult your Doctor Yada Yada Yada ....

Tips for success:
Get there early and stretch
We will start at 6:45; get there early and warm up/stretch
Drink water throughout the day & bring some with you
Wear appropriate clothing and shoes
Bring a "sweat towel" & a note pad to mark your progress
Eat light at least an hour before (banana)
Bring your kids too. No excuses, it's fun exercising with YOU and they need it too.

1) Have to cook dinner: Cook on Sunday, have leftovers
2) No sitter for the kids: Bring the kids
3) It's too dark: It's not dark & there are lights
4) My "girl" doesn't exercise: Encourage her/him to start
5) I'm tired after work: Stop being "tired" and do the work

PARKING: Go down the side street of the Stadium towards the end of the Football Stadium where the open gate is on the Left. Park and enter. We have not needed to pay to park but no guarantees...

This location is not necessarily convenient for everyone but if there is interest we will bounce around to other areas each month. However it's free workout - better than at any gym with a trainer. It's worth the drive.
