EFFECTIVE 10/14/13, our running time will change to 6:00pm!! It is getting darker earlier so this will allow us more daylight.
We look forward to you joining us for another run in GRANT PARK!! To keep our runs interesting and challenging, we will be trying out a new route. 5 miles (or as much as you can do).
We're taking it up a notch so join us!! It will still be beginner friendly, but we changed the course to increase the interaction among the group so that we can encourage and push each other even more. Also, we incorporated more HILLS in the course.
We will meet at our usual spot. Park in the lot on Boulevard. Please plan to arrive on time.
We will start on PARK street then turn left on SYDNEY. Once at the bottom of SYDNEY we will u-turn then go back to the start point (One loop is 1 mile). This route consist of 2 inclines that will help build our endurance.
DON'T STOP!!! Whether you jog the entire 5 loops (5 miles), jog and walk, or walk the entire time. It doesn't matter, we will be there to help you push to your limit. DON'T STOP!! We will all see each other in passing and will encourage!!!
