Hi my name is Candace Downs. I lived my life as obese from childhood until my early 20's. That’s 20 + years that I lived as an obese person. At the time, I was a 26-year-old that could barely bend down to tie her shoes without having to take a BIG deep breath. I could barely power walk let alone run but never gave up hope and never quit.     Right now my main source of exercise is Crossfit. I'm excited to try something new that I might can incorporate into my overall exercise regimen. I've lost 80 pounds in the last 8 months so I'm interested going forward to incorporate new diet tips and exercise regimens.
