This is group dedicated to supporting women of color in their weight loss journey whether you are just thinking about getting started or a seasoned pro. We'll meet at least once a month where we'll workout together and then have a 30 min. discussion afterwards about the biggest issues black women face when it comes to losing weight and keeping up with a healthy lifestyle. We'll discuss how we can empower each other and the larger community. I started this group because I love to workout and am particularly interested in finding, knowing, sharing and supporting other black women in their journey to better health. I think it would be great build a positive community around black women's health. Looking forward to working out and discussing with everyone!
