Learn Ruby on Rails, come to RailsBridge!

  • Mar 15, 2013 · 7:00 PM

We're so pleased to announce that we are hosting a RailsBridge Workshop in collaboration with RailsBridge Meetup Group to support diversity among Ruby developers. Even if you have no development experience you can attend this session and learn to code. The workshop is 1 and a half day starting on Friday evening and ending on Saturday around 4:30PM. The workshop is FREE and is highly acclaimed by both beginner and experience Ruby developers. There is an option for childcare if you need it. We want to remove all barriers!

This was a great event. I got exactly what I needed. The TAs were very helpful and enthusiastic about coding. There were people with lots of experience there to troubleshoot installation issues. I'm feeling pretty confident about working with Ruby and Rails on my own now. Thanks again.

I wanted to make sure everyone can exchange information. There were so many fascinating people who attended it was amazing. Is there a way we can receive a master email list?

I am a bit confused; there are 2 workshops scheduled for this time: this one and "STUDENTS: RailsBridge Workshop w Black Founders Beginner and Intermediate Levels" - what is the difference? I would like to learn Ruby - am I in the right place?

The app states I RSVP'd but I clicked on the link and it stated there was a problem and check back later.

I'm confused, how do I know if I'm properly RSVP'd? I clicked the RSVP link here and came back later to get details and saw the Ruby group link. Does the RSVP list at the right mean anything?
