GUEST SPEAKER! - Tracy Ross of Simple.Fun.Wellness. will lead us through how to set goals in a simple, fun and achievable way. She says it's all about mindset - and she will lead us through how we can look at our goal differently so we can enjoy the journey!
We will meet at the Willard Beach Parking lot on Willard Street and walk along the Spring Point Shoreway Trail to Spring Point Light. Registration begins at 5:15 - the walk begins at 5:30. We are starting earlier due to loss of daylight. The sun sets at 6:40, so please wear reflective clothing and bring a flashlight. We should be finished before civil twilight ends, but it's always better to err on the side of caution.
This will be the last week night walk of the season - we will be moving to Saturdays after this walk!
