We are a group of culturally blended families looking to meet other blended families in Sonoma County.

We started this group to provide a safe, culturally rich environment where our children can learn, play and be empowered by their unique and beautiful family and where we as parents can share ideas, recipes and, occasionally, a great bottle of wine.

The purpose of this group is to model for our children that caring, loving, successful educated families come in all flavors. Our children are either in or soon will be enrolling in Sonoma County schools. Of course, we want our children to attend the very best school our county has to offer. Unfortunately, the best schools in Sonoma County are not that culturally diverse. And the ones that are diverse are not that great scholastically. So let’s let the schools do the educating and we can do the rest! It’s really up to us as parents to provide a rich environment for our children. Let this group be one of the tools that you use to raise a well rounded and well adjusted child.

Who should join?

Anyone who appreciates cultural diversity! If you are committed to education for yourself and your children, have a spiritual connection to your environment and to each other, embrace integrity, dignity, and conservative values (not necessarily politically), feel that the T.V should be turned off while imagination and creativity is turned on, and believe in setting goals and working hard to see them through, then we would love to meet you and your family.
