Annual General Meeting

Upcoming season will be discussed (objectives of the season XV, 7's, training, commitment issues, club rules, club travel,... )
The new board will also be elected.
We need as many people as possible present to start the season well, with everyone involve and agree on the club life.
A schedule with more details will be put up soon.

The summoning email says 11, so there are some formal issues with changing the time 5 days before. At least it would require a good reason and explanation. Changed it to 11 for now.
