Objectives: 5 k in 25 minutes for everyone. 3 k in 12 minutes for the backs and everyone else involve in 7's.
If we train on our own during the winter, we will don't need to do some fitness at training and concentrate already on skills. You know what to do.
Good to see that we are minimum 21 ready to be involved this season. Hope everyone will be able to make it for the next training (date and venue TBA)!

I won't be joining this (at sea with work), but I tried and managed under 5/25 today :d Won't claim I wasn't tired though, but hey, I'm a prop ;)
