I decided to start this group because I love all kinds of dancing, but specially the kind that touches my heart, and doesn't wear me out!.

Biodanza plugs me into the juice of life, my body, my heart, my spirit, my instincts, my emotions, my senses, my intuition. It makes me feel open and alive in every cell and then, everything flows. This is an opportunity to get together with like minded people  to dance,  to connect,  to nurture, to feel the warmth of human beings in the flesh and not just via facebook and texts!  We will explore an ever expanding landscape as our bodies let go of the tension of everyday life and the protection we put around ourselves and allow ourselves to surrender to the group experience. There's a hug waiting for you...

Biodanza is an international system and over 100,000 people all over the world are doing it.                                  

 Venue will normally be Euston/Kings Cross, (6 tube lines) Current events  include classes(90 mins) and workshops      There is always an oppportunity to socialise either before or after an event.
