Every other wednesday evening the tribe gathers and we plug us back into our hearts, our bodies, our emotions, to share joy and connection, to dance our dreams, to feel the warmth of a hug. Put away the ipod, the blackberry and facebook for a while and connect with human beings in the flesh.

Meet at Costa Coffee in Euston Road, from 6.30, or 7.25 at venue. Session finishes at 9pm and some of us go to Pizza Express afterwards for a meal/drink. I'm a member of their club so we often get a free bottle of wine, which added to the regular 2 for 1 pizza offers, makes for a very good value night out! Look out for the workshop on sunday 5 Feb, your life wont be the same
