Meditation can be a powerful tool for rejuvenation. And hiking has many health benefits. Wouldn't it be nice to combine the two. I thought it would be. And this is why I started this group. Mixing the euphoria one may feel after a hike with meditation is what I've always wanted. If you agree, please join. The hikes will be approximately five miles or less, nature paced. The meditation from 25 minutes to 40 minutes. Of course, this depends on what the group would prefer. You should have a photo.
