This workout we will do a combination of just about everything. We will first warm up with some light cardio, and stretch. We will then go into a resistance training workout combined with some exercises to elevate our heart rate. This workout will help burn calories, increase endurance, and build muscle. My goal is to teach you exercises you can easily complete on your own whether you are in a gym, park, or even your living room. Its going to be great weather! Really hope you can make it!
