First Hearing with Bloomington City Plan Commission is 3/10 @ 5:30 pm

Our first hearing with the Bloomington City Plan Commission is back on track.

It is crucial that we have supportors at this hearing and people who are willing to briefly speak in our favor.

    The first meeting went very well. We got little to no opposition to our ideas and design. Our closest neighbors to the north expressed unhappiness at our density, increased traffic, and fears about rain drainage because they already have a problem on Maxwell Street with flooding. This turned out to be a positive thing, because the idea was floated to fix Maxwell Street instead of putting money into connecting Short Street. The Plan Commission had no serious issues with our proposal and voted to continue the discussion at their next meeting on April 4th.
