Skulls of Jotunheim

While resting at the estate of Varun Starskeeper in Tyr, the party is informed about a possible location of the ancient labs of Jotunheim, maker of the skulls. The lab was recently unearthed within the sorcerer king's iron mines underneath the city, but the section was recently invaded by Drow of the Scopion Clan. According to the excavators, the Drow appeared to be searching for something within the lab.

The party battles through scores of Drow and their scopion minions, only to discover they have ran into a Drorpion. The drorpion nearly dismantles the party before being felled by a well placed blow. The party decided to head back to the surface to rest. Upon returning to the entrance of the lab, the Drow ambushed the party with a war troll and two aberrent beholders. But the party weathered the attack. The party then run into the leader of the Drow soliders, who demands any and all information regarding the skulls. Alek pretended to give the Drow leader the information, only to attack him. A battle ensues that ecos through the halls. In the end, the party has enough information to put together a ritual that can destroy a skull.
