Clipt Davies:
Clipt Davies is Utaro's greatest engineer--She (a surprise to most who haven't met her) has designed many of the newer canals and locks, most of the empire's siege engines, and a few of the newest keeps and towers. She built her own steam-powered riverboat and can be found almost anywhere in the empire overseeing new construction, fixing one of her designs, or laying on a hillside daydreaming. Virgil Copperbottom
Virgil Copperbottom, a gnome fighter, is a well-known hero to the people of Ibynur. He is largely credited with driving the giants and other tribes of monstrous humanoids north towards Minovea, of course, these creatures weren't heavily present in Ibynur and Copperbottom's exploits are mostly exaggerated. This doesn't stop him from being a long-winded Braggart with more accolades then talent. |

Frank Binland
The man, the myth, the legend, Frank Binland is the mayor of Bel'sira the capital of Ibynur and has quite a reputation that proceeds him. Frank has a fondness of the ladies and is rarely seen without his arms around one and a drink in the other. Despite his public intoxication issues and his love of "whoring", Frank is the most beloved member of the Utaro government, especially within his home territory of Ibynur. The man has a very comical and likable personality, but perhaps his most defining trait is his sheer dumb luck. Those that know Frank claim he has the luck of the gods because despite his most ridiculous actions in situations, they always work out and often save the day. |
