We had a meeting on this topic in December, but as many people were not able to make it (including people who really wanted to join this discussion) we will be doing a recap.

Your organizer's refund policy for Pagans In Touch
Your organizer will refund you if:
- Your organizer closes their Meetup Group
- Since you don't pay till you get there I wouldn't worry too much. On the other hand these are suggested donations. DO NOT let the donations be a deterrent from coming. We'd rather see your smiling face then worry about money.
