The Power of Words - Meet Nicole Mones - Author of The Last Chinese Chef

Part of the MCPL The Power of Words adult program which strives to "Changing Our World, One Author at a Time". Drop in or get your free ticket at mcpl.info/PowerOfWords. We're reading LCC in December, so seeing the author speak would add a new layer to our discussions. I'd love to get a small group of 3rd Thursdayers to meet there. Please let me know your thoughts or conflicts.

I'm tardy posting this, but the event was great! Carrie and I were able to attend and I'm so happy that we did. Nicole Mones is such an engaging and entertaining speaker, which is such a talent. She opens the door to her writing journey and all you want to do is fasten your seat belt to secure your spot on the adventure. I'll share more at our next meeting and/or at December's meetup. I also took a lot of notes and will be sharing those as well here after our November meeting.
