MELT Your Feet Workshop with Rebecca

Hydrate your body from hamstrings to skull, alleviates a variety of ailments from lower back pain to digestion issues by gently stimulating your feet with a small rubber ball. The techniques aren't physically exerting but participants will be asked to have bare feet during class, lay on the floor, remain standing for several minutes at a time, and bring a bottle of water.
