Good Day,

I hope this letter finds you well, and enjoying our cool weather.

We just had a wonderful anniversary event at The White Horse Pub on the 27th of November. Pictures are now available, and for those who have not uploaded any photo you might have, you can email them to me at [address removed], I will get them posted for you.

I am going to be slowing the number of events down until the 16th at which time I will shut down for 2 weeks, now I will be busy with other family things but if anyone wants to go to the White Horse PUb on Tuesdays there are games available in the poof, and I am sure Nate and or Brian may be there even if I am not.

Regular game nights will resume on the 1st day of January, and continue through the end of March a least. The Roleplaying Sunday AD&D game will recommence on January 6th, and continue every other weekend Sundays. I have added one Saturday a month for demo RPG games to be held here at my place so anyone who might like a different style or theme can come see what is out there. Morrow project 4th edition has been funded by kickstarter, so we will see the new improved post apocalyptic role playing game reappear on the scene in Spring. Seth has offered to do some of the demo rpg stuff so that's great anyone else who wants to can sign on whichever month is good for you and if it goes well I may transfer it to the Pub as it has food tables and is a great place to hang out.

Artemis Simulator is going to be a regular event every month and I hope to co-ordinate with guardtroll and  team up with the group in Wisconsin for a combined mission event as soon as we feel were ready.

Bev is attending the Scifi trivia night at the Queen Anne pub, anyone is invited to attend and have a good time, from the discussion I have had, the trivia is really good and the atmosphere is very welcoming. Evie has been to several and I hope she can post something about the evening so we know whats up?

I am a wargamer, technically the term is conflict simulation player, I recreate battles of history and try to change or modify the outcome for the better (or worse), I will be doing one event a month and if anyone is interested, rsvp and show up and we will teach you how to be a general, or maybe Alexander the great, or Ceasar or fight with your starship like captain Kirk. In any case it is a unique way to learn about history and lots of fun, anyone is welcome to join us, so check the calendar out and see what were doing and when.

Right now James is suggesting a meet up at darkside, I encourage anyone who may want to check out there game selection to head over and see what James is planning. Darkside has many games available to play in house on a shelf at the back of the store. And if you have a favorite you need to buy they will have it or can get it for you.

I wanted to have one last BBQ for everyone however the timing and the weather are not looking like we can do that, if anyone has a suggestion or a house we could use for a big group, say 20 -30 of us that would be great. I also would like to encourage the other event organizers to consider any day I have not set at this point fair game for a board game meetup.

I hope everyone stays safe, and has a Happy holiday season this year. Thank you everyone who has attended an event/s and for those who have not been able to attend, I hope very much to meet you and play some board games with you. Even scrabble gets table time so don't feel shy, we have several very good players who want fresh meat...I mean competition...Right Maria?

See some of you Saturday afternoon, and some of you Sunday afternoon and others on Tuesday evening.
