With the increasing numbers of people attending each week now, we need to get more organised in matching people with the games they most want to play. Therefore, we would like to encourage people to sign up in advance for the particular game that you want to play at the next session. So, for people bringing games along, please post a comment on here saying how many people can play and whatever else you may want to mention about it (as we've done previously).

Everybody else, please respond to any of those messages to indicate if you'd like to play that particular game. That way, we should have a good idea in advance of who will be playing what.

We'll also aim to have at least one game open to anybody who doesn't sign up for anything, for those who prefer more spontaneity. Anybody who turns up late will go into the naked Twister game...

So, our games of choice this week are Cosmic Encounter, Britannia and Keyflower, with a few spaces still available on all of them for any latecomers. Also, plenty of shorter games available for anybody who just turns up on the night. It's all gone a bit too smoothly so far...

  • Iain M.

I will bring Cosmic Encounters!!!! 3-6 players if anybody fancies it?

Sounds like the galactic conquest is going to be a tough challenge.

So what did you think of War on Terror? Did you enjoy Agricola? Was galactic conquest your thing in Eclipse? If you have time, I would appreciate you leaving your product review on the website. All are welcome. Thank you.

I will bring the usual bag of games. In the bag will be Terra Mystica(3-5), ,Pompeii(2-4), Keyflower (2-6), Lancaster (2-5), Suburbia (2-4).
I have been asked to explain Keyflower so I will be playing that for the start and it should last a couple of hours.

I will bring Britannia for a 7 pm start, there are slots for 2 more players available if Vaughan is still wanting to play. Anyone wanting to play please indicate by reply if you intend to join in, first come first served.
Britannia is a game where you play 4 of 16 tribes in ancient Britain, and aim to leave your lasting legacy on the formation of the country. It Willtake most of the evening, but it's very easy to play. It has a bit of a small world/Vichy feel about it but is historical (hysterical?)

    June 28, 2013

    • Dave P.

I'd like to play Britannia. Count me in for that.

      June 28, 2013

So just one more slot available.....
