Dear All,

We are now just at the one of the exits of Farrer Road station!

Singapore Open Gaming is a group of gamers that meet on the second Saturday* of each month for an afternoon of board games. We play all kinds of board and card games, from euro-games to war-games. We have a capacity of up to 40 people and every age and gender is welcome.

We like to invite you to join our monthly sessions, and the next one is happening:

Time: 1pm - 6pm
Venue: Blk 3, Queen's Rd. #01-139
Resident's Community Club Hall (one level below West Lake Restaurant, just off Farrer Road , a few mins from Farrer Road Station on the Circle Line)
Cost: S$2

We have a small library of games and everyone is encouraged to bring your own and make requests.

    It's a good gaming Sat ...... got to play Carcassonne, St Petersburg, Chicago Express and a short intro to Le Havre. A pity I didn't get to play To court the king, Fortuna, Terra, Hansa Teutonica .......arrghhhhh time perhaps ....... it a good day for gaming.

      I meant on judging on the duration , lot of simple game can take about 1 to 2 hour of game play

      Ha ha ha ok you lay down the rules, so what you intend to bring tomorrow? But the duration of the game is a good indication of the complexity of the game.

    I'll bring Terra Mystica. Lex: I would be happy to teach Chicago Express, but I don't own a copy. I do have the (somewhat) similar games American Rails and Texas and Pacific.

      Wu la la ....... so many nice games but don't have enough time for all. Ahhh ...... I wanna try Terra too....... What to dooooo? ok never mind, I'll just bring my Chicago Express in case we have sometime. Who knows, we may have a second round after dinner at some other place. No worries, will see how it goes.     @Dion, fancy teaching a noob like me in either Le Havre, Caylas, El Grande, Saint Petersburg or Tigris & Euphrates? I can bring my Le Havre (Australia version) but I don't have the other games. I promise I will try to read the rule though .......
