Tsony, former Abbot of Kundrel Ling Monastery and now the resident Dharma Teacher at the Natural Bridge Bodhi Path Center, will be teaching how to reach simplicity through body, speech/breath and mind.  The focus will be on three elements:

  1. 1. Implementing new priorities
  2. 2. Confident surrendering
  3. 3. Sustained presence

The day will consist of meditation practice and explanation based on the Karma Kagyu Lineage Prayer.

Schedule:
Session 1: 10:00am - Noon
Session 2: 2:00pm - 4:00pm
Lunch is potluck (please coordinate with us if you choose to participate)

Dharma Teacher Tsony was a Buddhist monk for over 25 years. He completed two traditional  three year retreats under the guidance of the great meditation master Gendun Rinpoche. For 15 years, Tsony was Abbot of Kundrel Ling Monastery, the Karma Kagyu Lineage's European seat. Since 1999, he has been teaching philosophy and meditation throughout Europe and America and is now the resident teacher at the Natural Bridge Center.

Walk-ins are welcome. Suggested Donation $40  each day or $25 per session.  Note: The lack of means to make a financial contribution is not a reason to stay away. All are welcome!
