Dear Friends I hope you can come to meet Tsering Paldron on Thursday.
“The freedom to choose something else”
We are often stuck in habitual patterns of behaviour, unconsciously repeating over and over again the things that hurt us the most. It is only through awareness that we can develop the true freedom of choosing a different path.
Tsering Paldron was born in Lisbon, Portugal and travelled to Brussels at the age of 19 where she met Lama Kunzang. Her spiritual journey started in 1973. She did a three years’ retreat in the 80’s in France and has received teachings from many Tibetan lamas. She has been teaching and travelling for the past 20 years, wrote a few books (none of them yet published in English). She gives regular courses, seminars, talks and meditation classes and is in charge of Bodhicharya Portugal.

The Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Trans Buddhist Meditation Group has been meeting since January 2004.
It is a regular event, at 18h15 on Thursdays, typically with eight to twenty people attending. Everyone is welcome.
The sessions are usually facilitated by Dirk de Klerk. The group has the guidance of the Tibetan teacher Ringu Tulku and is part of the Bodhicharya network.
Every week will include a short structured talk, time to chat and discuss and guided meditation. Every talk will cover a different topic.
