This group exists to support its members in regaining or improving their intestinal health and thereby regaining their mental and emotional equilibrium, physical health and well-being. The group members will support each others healing journey through the sharing of their own experiences and through information, foods and speakers present at each gathering.
Individuals of all dietary protocols are welcome and we encourage an open mindedness and non-judgement towards all who attend. We are all seeking optimum health and for some that will include foods like dairy and/or meat while others will be exploring 100% raw and or vegan and vegetarian diets. The most important criteria for any diet is how that food is eaten and prepared and whether you are covering the essential pillars of health in your chosen diet.
The Body Ecology Diet principles and recommendations by Donna Gates are used as the framework for this group since the principles apply to all regardless of the food groups included in an individual's diet.
