The shelter is on the southwest corner of the park, at 72nd & Prairie. The front door is on the south side of the building, facing Prairie.

We will be doing Les Mills COMBAT, and if you've ever done Les Mills BODY COMBAT in a gym, you already have an idea of what a fun but killer workout this can be.
Les Mills COMBAT is a martial arts based workout, and anyone of any fitness level can do it and still get an excellent workout.
Just bring yourself in some comfy workout clothes, a bottle of water, and a friend or two or 10.
There will also be Shakeology afterward to replenish your body and prevent soreness. ALL FITNESS LEVELS ARE WELCOME!!! I want to help YOU reach YOUR goals! Let's do this together! Bring any others you think would be interested.
