Free Workout Wednesday..... Release your inner WARRIOR

***THIS IS AN INDOOR WORKOUT; MEET INSIDE THE LIONS PARK SHELTER***

The shelter is on the southwest corner of the park, at 72nd & Prairie. The front door is on the south side of the building, facing Prairie.

Love a workout that makes you feel POWERFUL?

A workout that's fast paced, where you can bring friends and meet new ones?

A workout that help you release some stress and still let you have fun while doing it?

Then make sure you make it to our next Free Workout Wednesday!

We will be doing Les Mills COMBAT, and if you've ever done Les Mills BODY COMBAT in a gym, you already have an idea of what a fun but killer workout this can be.

Les Mills COMBAT is a martial arts based workout, and anyone of any fitness level can do it and still get an excellent workout.

Just bring yourself in some comfy workout clothes, a bottle of water, and a friend or two or 10.

There will also be Shakeology afterward to replenish your body and prevent soreness. ALL FITNESS LEVELS ARE WELCOME!!! I want to help YOU reach YOUR goals! Let's do this together! Bring any others you think would be interested.

You can also set up a FREE account with me via Beachbody. Go to the site http://www.TeamBeachbody.com/RebeccaIngham > Click "join" > Select "sign me up for a free account and you're done! Should take less than 2 minutes. :)

During our free fitness class, we will choose from variety of different workouts each Wednesday, from P90X to INSANITY to Brazil Butt Lift, TurboFire and more. Check out our schedule for the upcoming workouts!

If this will be your first time to one of our free workouts, please come in 5 minutes early.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
