***THIS IS AN INDOOR WORKOUT; MEET INSIDE THE LIONS PARK SHELTER***
The shelter is on the southwest corner of the park, at 72nd & Prairie. The front door is on the south side of the building, facing Prairie.
If you've ever uttered the words "I don't have time to workout", well, this one's for you! 25 minutes of pure workout, and you are DONE! There is a modifier too, so no worries if you need to follow her for some or all of it.
Better yet, NO EQUIPMENT WILL BE NEEDED! Just bring yourself in some comfy workout clothes, a bottle of water, and a friend or two or 10.
There will also be Shakeology afterward to replenish your body and prevent soreness. ALL FITNESS LEVELS ARE WELCOME!!! I want to help YOU reach YOUR goals! Let's do this together! Bring any others you think would be interested.
