Just because the short's, flip flop's, and suntanning season has ended, don't use this as an excuse to become a "couch potato!" This time of the year usually assault's us with lot's of tempting, calorie rich holiday meals! This cause and effect results in unhealthy weight gain, and diminished energy :( You don't have to allow this predicament to happen to YOU! Also, you do NOT have to wait until January 1, 2012, to begin your fitness commitment. You can begin this process and get a jump-start on your New Year's resolution waiting friend's, family member's and significant others, right NOW! How? By signing-up and participating in the BodyFitDC/ Team Beach Body Fit 90 Day Fitness Challenge Group! As a certified fitness instructor and Team Beach Body Coach, you"ll receive my coaching, motivation, and support to help YOU to get into great shape! Additionally, as a Team Beach Body Coach, I will lead the group through a variety of P90X, and INSANITY workouts (customized to account for your current fitness level). All fitness levels are encouraged to participate. However, prior to participating, all participants MUST have their Doctor's approval to participate in exercise. Since these workout's will be body weight exercises ( no equipment), your requirement will be to bring a towel, floor mat, wear comfortable exercising apparel, water, and your motivation, and commitment to get fit! You can expect the workout session to last from anywhere between 45 minutes to one hour.
This Fitness Challenge Team will begin on Saturday, January 7, 2012 fro 10:30am-11:30am. I expect to repeat each Saturday, and will update this site with future session times and dates. The location will remain the same.
