Get fit and strong for your BEST fall running season EVER!

Whether you are runner (new, intermediate, or experienced) or are just someone who is SERIOUS about losing unhealthy weight, building lean fat-torching muscle, improving your cardio-respiratory/energy, or looking "hot" in clothing and naked, this intense fitness in beauty runner's fitness boot camp is for YOU!  Your body is the only (and the best) equipment you will need.  Below is a brief outline of what to expect:

Exercise Format

Compound /calisthenics exercises

Stair Runs

I am a runner and since we have a 400 meter upper park surface, sprints, and interval training  to help increase cardio fitness, burn calories and fat, and just feel faster(YES!)

Core Strength  training

Plyometric exercises

Highly trained instruction provided by a Certified fitness trainer, and running coach who has successfully trained many fitness types for several years

Progressively challenging, yet results producing fitness routines

Optional, occasional use of fitness equipment (i.e. jump ropes and/or kettlebells)

Expected fitness outcomes

Increase in muscle tone (more muscle more fat burn) and strength

Improved cardiovascular fitness ( stronger, healthier heart)

Improved coordination and balance control

Increased flexibility

Have more energy

As your body becomes more fit, you will crave consuming healthier food

Fitness Challenger Requirements:

Prior to beginning your 1st. fitness challenge session, new fitness challenge participants MUST speak with fitness challenge instructor to disclose any health related issues (i.e. medical conditions, prior and/or current bodily injuries) that could negatively effect the fitness challenger's  ability to safely participate in exercise. Also, fitness challenge participant will be required to complete and return to the fitness challenge instructor a completed health questionnaire and exercise participation disclosure form no later than by the the 2nd fitness challenge session.

Please be sure to bring water, and a towel. Exercise/Yoga mat encouraged

Wear exercise appropriate apparel

Follow fitness challenge instructor's instructions

Although all fitness levels are encouraged to participate, the fitness challenge instructor will make best attempts to customize and modify exercises to account for various fitness challenge participants current fitness levels. It is the fitness challenge participant's responsibility to be aware of their current limitations, and to exercise according to their current fitness capabilities

Please be sure to arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the start of each fitness challenge session, to allow for proper warm-up. Lack of performing warm-up  prior to exercise could result in injury

 

Fitness Challenge Participant Cost:

Per session cost: $15.00

Three sessions weekly: $40.00 (please pay either by cash or check payable to Orlando Darden, Jr.

Multiple session discount packages available upon request

Refunds offered if:

  • the Meetup is cancelled

Additional notes: If meet-up boot camp has to be rescheduled do to inclement weather (i.e. rain), payments made to the weather related canceled fitness boot camp will be applied/credited to the next bootcamper attended scheduled session.

Payments you make go to the organizer, not to Meetup. You must make refund requests to the organizer.
