To continue improving my overall fitness in the following key areas: improved strength, less body fat and more lean muscle, greater flexibility, improve balance and coordination, and increase cardio endurance. I run marathons. Triathalons are next!
In my 20's I went to the gym regularly and was in good shape. Throughout my 30's I rarely went to the gym, but I ran instead. In my 40's (hello 50 soon) I workout 5-6 days a week,consisting of weights,running,& yoga. I am now in the best shape ever!
