Boerne Grille Monday Morning Mile Intervals With Recovery Between

Join us and start your week off the way you want: a run to rev your body and some coffee to rev your brain. Because it's Monday (!) we start a little later at 6:30 AM.

Join us in the parking lot just to the south of the Boerne Grill (a city public parking lot). We commonly run 3 - 5  flat miles by doing 1 mile intervals with 1 - 2 minute recovery in between. You can do as many or as few as your training dictates, you can also adjust your recovery period to be longer or shorter.

Afterwards, join us for a muffin and coffee or hot tea at the Boerne Grill which opens at 7:00AM.
