July is HOT! No better way to spend it is in the water keeping cool. There is a big pond (Quinn's Pond) at Reflections Apartments. We are going to take a raft out there that everyone can hook to. We have a big flat board on the raft for dancing and diving off to do your oh-so-talented flips into the water. We will have a 90 quart cooler with ice to keep your drinks cold. We will be out in the middle of the pond and easy to spot! Paddle out in whatever water vessel you own. A big rubber duckie, an inner tube, your kid's Barney water wings, an inflatable snake... whatever, the sillier the better, just get out to us. You can rent paddle boards from Idaho River Sports which would be fun to take turns paddling around on. Bring whatever you want to drink. It must be cans and any alcohol must be concealed in a red solo cup. Park somewhere around Idaho River Sports. This will be shy of hilarious as well as a great way to stay cool during the hottest part of a July day!
Pleasanton Avenue is between Main and State street just 5 blocks north of Main off of 27th. Head 4 blocks west on Pleasanton until you run into Idaho River Sports
