This meet-up group, which was formed back in Nov. 2011, will be shutting down soon this Nov. 2016. Thanks for all your interest and support over the years. I truly enjoyed meeting and dancing with the members out there who attended our many classes and events.

What else can you gain from this class?
• No dance experience required. If you have never taken a dance class, that's perfectly fine with us. We keep moves simple, but highly energetic. Simplicity allows you to immerse yourself in the joy of dancing regardless of your skill level.
• Up-beat music coupled with vigorous dance steps will give adults of all fitness levels a brisk calorie burn and get the heart pumping!
• Quickly learn a simple dance routine - you'll be surprised at what you can do once we get moving!
• We’ll be exercising both body and mind. Learning can increase feelings of accomplishment and lessens anxiety/stress levels. Feel confidence in movement and boost your memory skills.
