"Bonjour les Amis" is a French playgroup dedicaced to children (from newborn to 10 yrs) and their parents -francophones or francophiles-, in Northern Virginia.

All French levels welcome!! 

Learning a second language in early childhood offers a lifetime of benefits for a child. Research shows that learning a second language at an early age has positive effects on a child’s development. Among other things, it helps the child to develop a greater sensitivity to language, a better ear for listening, and a stronger appreciation for other cultures.

The goal of this group is to help families who are trying to raise bilingual children as well as those who want their children to begin the journey of acquiring a second language at an early age by offering many educationnal and fun activities to immerse children in French language and culture.
