To the Lighthouse by Virginia Woolf

Widely acclaimed since its first publication in 1927, Virginia Woolf's 'To the Lighthouse' is a novel whose overt simplicity of plot hides a complex mix of autobiographical detail, searching social questions and deep philosophical enigmas.

Jennifer, I had one other question for you, regarding the meet-up. If we're at this bar that's known for over 300 types of beer, do people usually hangout out afterwards and make a night of it, or does everyone usually go their own way. I'm very new to this "meet-up" idea, so I really have no idea what to expect.

That, and the fact that I don't know anyone! LOL

I would love to go to this Meet-Up, yet I just joined. Are you comfortable with me not being 100% familiar with the novel?

Hi Stacey, Welcome! You are more than welcome to attend if you don't know the book very well. We definitely encourage discussion outside the designated book. Hope you are able to join us!

I knew that date looked familiar--it's my anniversary. I won't be able to attend, unfortunately. (And it's my favorite book!)
