We are open to new members! Members don't have to be desi to join, and men and women are welcome. "Desi" refers to the people, cultures, and products of the subcontinent: India, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Nepal, and Afghanistan.
We'll be meeting on a SUN at 1 p.m. each 4-6 weeks at Teaism (Penn Quarter). Currently, we are limited to 12 readers per meetup to keep things manageable. There is a variety of food, if you'd like a drink, snack, or lunch.
