Tired of the same scenery, the dirty, hot gyms? Then get outside and enjoy the beautiful Amsterdam weather and get in your best shape with Boot Camp Amsterdam! Classes are coached by volunteer instructors, who will push your body and mind to the next level to achieve optimal fitness results. A medium fitness level is required, which means that you are comfortable running for at least half an hour without stopping. The classes combine running exercises with ground exercises.
Classes are usually on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Please do always check the schedule, as changes may have been made.
The group is organized by volunteers, so no fees. Have fun, make friends, and get in great shape!
