Tired of the same scenery, the dirty, hot gyms? Then get outside and enjoy the amazing Amsterdam weather and get in your best shape with Boot Camp Amsterdam! Classes are coached in English and Dutch by one of our trainers, who will push your body and mind to the next level to achieve optimal fitness results. A medium fitness level is required, which means that you are comfortable running for at least half an hour. The classes combine running exercises with ground exercises. There are no lockers, so please travel as light as possible because anything you bring you have to keep with you.
Classes are usually on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Please do always check the schedule, as changes may have to be made due to the trainers' work travel commitments.
The group is organized by volunteers, so no fees. Have fun, make friends, and get in great shape!
For safety reasons it is mandatory to use a led armband or shoe lights until April 21, 2015. We will send you home if you are not luminous enough.
