Want a great workout with great people in Amsterdam? I am putting together a crossfit style group class in Oosterpark.The exercises will be mostly body weight, resistance bands... and whatever is around us! I am also trained in boxing and muay thai so there will be martial arts incorporated into some of the trainings. The trainings will be done at the participants pace for time. There will be specified exercises and reps for beginners, intermediate and advance trainings so there is a challenge in every workout for all fitness levels.

This class is good for all fitness levels. I will teach you what you need to learn to do all the exercises properly. This isn't your traditional boot camp class where you are just another number, you will get to know everyone in the class and have enough attention to get the workouts right and be accountable!

If you reserve two times and you don't show up then I will ban you from the group as I take the time to write out different programs for each class and it is dependent on how many people I have coming. So be courteous and show up. Also, we start punctual and if you are new to the class show up at least 5 minutes before so I can talk to you about your fitness background and get to know you a little.

There is a 10 euro fee for attendance. If you are not financially able to pay then please discuss this with me because I don't want to hold anyone back from joining!
