Let's become terrified with a Halloween-themed nonfiction, "Ghost Hunters: William James and the Search for Scientific Proof of Life After Death" by Deborah Blum. What a mouthful! It's supposed to be a wicked, awesome read to get us in the spooky mood.

Remember, if you don't finish the book, you will be punished!

You are welcome to bring snacks and non-alcoholic beverages but Ben, the owner of the East Room, has requested that we keep it non-BYOB so he can make some money off the beer/cider/Smirnoff sales since it is a nighttime venue. The East Room is such a great space, so I think it's worth sticking to.

See you lovely ladies there!

(Tips on finding the East Room! It is located between the car wash and Subway, look for the Pizza Buds food truck parked in the lot. You can park at the car wash or in the lot, but NOT at the Subway. Then go down the very creepy looking alley to the right of the grey building, and I will be there setting up chairs! If you need help:[masked])

We just grab a coffee and speak French. Some people have been coming every week for months... it creates a kind of warmth to the group.
