1-1:30p, sign in at the front desk of the pool, and change into gym clothes in the locker rooms. You can arrive later as long as you're out on the pool deck by 1:30p
1:30-2p, meet at the deep end of the big pool, stretch and warm-up
2-3p, paddle in the pool
3-3:30p, work out and cool down
3:30p-4p, shower and change
optional early dinner or social activity
After your first two free sessions with us, pool practices will be $6 a session. This goes toward paying for the usage of the pool.
The pool will be hot (~80-90F with 100% humidity) and you will get your legs and maybe rest of body wet.
I would recommend wearing workout clothing (quick dry synthetic fibers) and sandals. Most people go barefoot.
Bring a lock for the locker room
There will be separate male and female locker rooms.
Paddles and a tough work out will be provided!
If you wish to swim, you must come early and pay a separate pool admission fee
If you can not swim please let Vincent, Lily or Andy know so that we can keep an eye on you. However, there will be lifeguards nearby.
