The intent of this group is to start a discussion focused on finding out what are the models of multifamily housing that exist today. Once we understand what these existing models are then we can start asking questions about them, trying to understand how well they apply to today's different populations and their life styles. Finally, to the fun stuff, dreaming up new innovative models that are better suited to today's different populations and their life styles. Integration of ideas such as co-living, vertical farming, and co-housing could be starting points to new models.

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
