Winter Saturdays in Boston are a good time enjoy our local cultural gems. Fashioned after and Italian Villa, the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum has a rich history in Boston. Rumor has it that the great lady herself was a wild woman......but that's just a rumor.
Aside from that, the exhibits are fascinating and the glass-domed courtyard garden is a refreshing escape from this cold season.
The museum admission is $15.00. Most local libraries offer passes with reduced museum admission prices.
After our time at the museum, we can head down to Fire and Ice at 205 Berkeley Street in the Back Bay. Fire and Ice is a fun, eclectic, entertaining and delicious interacive restaurant experience.
The all-you-can-eat price is $16.95, drinks and desserts are additional charges.
Our late lunch/early dinner reservation at Fire and Ice is at 4:00pm
